Permanent, Christmas and landscape lighting in Murrysville, PA
Murrysville sits about 35 miles south of our shop in Kittanning, roughly a 50-minute drive. We install permanent roofline lighting, seasonal Christmas displays and landscape lighting on the wooded lots and cul-de-sacs of Franklin Regional country, and on the storefronts along Route 22.

Murrysville is a municipality of big wooded lots, long driveways and plenty of roofline. Most of the housing is post-war and later: split-levels and colonials from the 1960s through the 1990s, then newer plan developments tucked off Route 22. Long driveways and mature trees are where landscape lighting earns its keep, and the deep eaves on the older homes hide color-matched track with no effort at all.
We are about 35 miles away, roughly a 50-minute drive, so Murrysville is a route-day town for us rather than a daily stop. In practice that means we cluster consults and installs by neighborhood. Once one home on a street is lit, scheduling the next one is easy, and on 11 of our last 14 residential permanent installs at least one neighbor booked within 18 months.
The Route 22 corridor is also commercial territory. Plazas, restaurants and offices along William Penn Highway compete for attention from cars doing 45 miles an hour, and a lit facade running a seasonal scene does that better than a sign. The hardware we mount on a colonial scales to a storefront, with scenes scheduled from the app.

Why Murrysville rooflines take lighting well
Westmoreland County gets real winters and Murrysville's hilltop lots catch wind. Our permanent system was built for this: pixels sealed in IP67 marine-grade silicone on 16-gauge wire, mounted in aluminum track that is color-matched to the fascia so it disappears in daylight. It stays up year-round, so no one climbs a ladder in December.
Plan developments here often carry HOA covenants on exterior changes. Invisible-by-day track is the reason the system has passed every HOA we have worked in. We hand you the spec sheet and the render mock-up so the architectural review has something concrete to approve.
