The online form
What the online quote form actually asks, field by field
The form at thraxel.com/quote/ takes about two minutes and asks for your property, your service, and which zones you are picturing lit. Tyson reads every submission himself and replies with a render within 48 hours.

Why fill out a form instead of just calling
Calling or texting Tyson at 724-859-4390 works fine too, but the online form does something a phone call cannot: it gives him the details in writing before he ever shows up, so the consultation starts from an informed place rather than a cold introduction.
It is also the faster path if you are researching after hours, on a lunch break, or simply prefer typing to talking. No account creation, no login, just the form.
Some homeowners fill it out while comparing a few installers side by side, which is a reasonable way to use it. The information you submit only goes toward scheduling your own consultation, not anywhere else.
The basic fields
Name, email, phone and address come first, the same way any legitimate service request works. This is what lets Tyson route your property into the daily route, since every 16xxx zip code in PA is covered on a standing basis, with Maryland, West Virginia, Ohio and New York scheduled around it.
None of this information gets sold or shared outside of scheduling your consultation and render.
Your address is really the field doing the most work here, since it is what determines whether your visit falls on a routine daily-route stop or gets scheduled around a broader trip into Maryland, West Virginia, Ohio or New York.
Choosing your service and property type
Next is picking a service: permanent, Christmas, landscape, commercial or railbike. If you are not sure which one fits, pick the closest guess, since the actual consultation is where the right fit gets figured out together.
Property type follows, residential or commercial, which affects everything from crew size to whether AJ joins the visit alongside Tyson for larger jobs.
If your project genuinely spans two categories, a restaurant owner who also wants permanent lighting on their own home, for instance, mention both in the notes field rather than trying to force it into a single dropdown.
The zones list
This is the part that saves the most time on the actual visit. The form lists the zones Thraxel lights: eaves and roofline, soffits, columns, fascia, landscape, pool or patio, dock, fence line, and signage or facade. Check whatever applies, even loosely, you can refine it in person.
If you only check roofline for now and add landscape later, that is completely normal. Plenty of homeowners start with the eaves and expand a zone at a time over a year or two.
Checking too many zones is not a problem either. It simply gives Tyson a fuller picture to walk through in person, and unchecking or narrowing the scope during the visit is easy once you can see the actual layout in front of you.

The notes field, and why it is worth using
There is a notes field at the end for anything that does not fit a checkbox: an HOA you want flagged early, a specific event you are trying to hit like a wedding or a holiday, or a fascia condition you already know might complicate things. The more Tyson knows before the visit, the more useful the consultation is.
This is also a good place to mention if you have already seen a render or demo elsewhere and are comparing quotes, since it changes how the conversation starts.
A short note about your preferred timeline helps too, whether you are targeting a specific holiday, an upcoming listing, or just want it done before winter, since that can shape how soon the consultation gets scheduled.
What happens after you submit
Tyson personally reads the submission, no automated routing, and reaches out to schedule the free consultation. From there the process runs the same as any other lead: a walk of the property, likely the demo case, and a render mock-up within 48 hours of the visit.
If your service is commercial or railbike, expect a call from AJ directly, since he handles those accounts.
Response time is usually within a day or two of submission, faster during slower stretches of the calendar and closer to a couple days during the busiest fall booking window.
