Permanent, Christmas and landscape lighting in Butler, PA
Butler is the county seat and the biggest town on our western route, about 22 miles and 35 minutes out Route 422 from Kittanning. We light brick homes on the hill, ranches in the townships and storefronts near the Diamond.

Butler has more housing variety than any town we serve. There are brick foursquares and colonials on the streets above the courthouse, mid-century ranches out Route 8, and newer plans in Butler and Center townships with HOA covenants attached. Each one gets a different design. The render we send back within two days is built from photos of your house, not a template, so the roofline in the mock-up is yours.
The city itself is a compact grid, and the older neighborhoods have the deep wood fascia that permanent track loves. Out in the townships, homes sit back from the road on bigger lots, and the roofline is only half the story. Uplights on a mature oak, path lighting along a long walk and a warm wash on a stone chimney are what make those properties read from the street.
Butler is also a Christmas town. Traditional C9 installs on the older homes here are a big part of our November, and the Elves hang them in costume with music going, using proper PPE and only when the weather cooperates. Anything that fails in-season is fixed within 24 to 48 hours at no cost, and takedown begins January 4.

Why Butler homes are a good fit
Butler gets more snow than the Allegheny valley, and the hill streets ice over early. The permanent system was built for that. IP67 silicone housings on 16-gauge wire sit in aluminum track screwed to the fascia, not clipped to a gutter, so ice dams slide past it. Nobody goes up a ladder in a Butler County January.
The Bantam Jeep heritage runs deep here, and so does team pride. A Game Day scene in black and gold, the July 4th scene for the parade weekend, and a warm white the rest of the year are all in the same app. On 11 of our last 14 residential permanent installs a neighbor on the street booked within 18 months, and Butler's tight blocks make that spread fast.
