Permanent, Christmas and landscape lighting in Sewickley, PA
Sewickley is about 52 miles from Kittanning, roughly 65 minutes along the Ohio. The village has a walkable Beaver Street and blocks of older homes; the Heights has estates and long drives. We light both with the same rule: it should look like it was always there.
Sewickley is a village in the real sense, with a walkable center on Beaver Street and residential blocks of brick, clapboard and shingle homes that date back a century or more. The homeowners here are particular. They want the porch and the roofline to glow warm, the trim to carry the line, and none of the hardware showing in July.
Up the hill, Sewickley Heights is a different job. Long private drives, stone walls, specimen trees and houses you cannot see from the road. Landscape lighting does most of the work there: downlights out of the big trees, grazing light on stone, low path fixtures along the drive, everything on astronomical timers so it tracks sunset through the year without anyone touching it.
The drive from Kittanning is about 65 minutes, which makes Sewickley the far edge of our regular Allegheny County loop, and we plan it accordingly. Tyson handles the consult and brings the demo case so you can see four live RGBWW strips against your own brick or stone before we render anything. The mock-up of your property follows within 24 hours.

Why Sewickley is a warm-white town
Most Sewickley clients run the Everyday Warm scene 350 nights a year and touch color only for the Fourth or a Steelers Sunday. The RGBWW pixel's dedicated 2700K diode is what makes that possible. RGB-only systems mix three colors to approximate white and it reads faintly pink or blue on painted trim. On a Sewickley porch that difference is the whole job.
River fog and Ohio valley ice are steady facts from December to March. The system is IP67 marine-grade silicone on 16-gauge wire, salt-tested, and carried in aluminum track fastened to the fascia, so nothing sags or clips loose over a wet winter.

Exterior Lighting in Historic Districts
Historic district review boards care about daytime facade appearance and whether an alteration is reversible. Color-matched track tucked to the fascia tends to satisfy both without a fight.

The Everyday Warm White Scene, Explained Honestly
Everyday Warm runs a dedicated 2700K diode instead of mixing red, green and blue, and it costs about $52.80 a year to run six hours a night on a typical 168-LED home.
